Push-to-talk-over-cellular (PoC) provider ESChat announces plans to develop Mission Critical ESChat (MC-ESChat), which will provide “full compliance” with the new 3GPPP mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) standard as it evolves during the next few years.
